I do offer discounts to seniors, veterans and disabled folks on fixed incomes, based on income. (Granted I will not ask for proof, but do expect honesty.) If you can afford to pay full price, I expect you to do so. I know I’m worth far more than I charge. I’m an old school cleaner with an eye for detail. But I also believe in being fair regardless of financial status. So I do charge less than the average cleaner. The average cost of a cleaner is $35-$40 per hour for basic cleaning. Major companies charge a minimum of $99 per hour. Deep cleaning costs far more. I’ve done my research and know this is factual. So again, I know my rates are more than fair based on the results I offer.

Although my website and listings are new, I’ve been cleaning professionally since I was young. My mother owned “Little Magic Maids” out of Mt. Morris, MI growing up. I started working with her at a young age (times were different then) and started taking on jobs myself around fourteen. I’ve had six clients over the past two years, either pass, move away or have lifestyle changes that made our schedules incompatible. I’m hoping to fill those voids, and if proven possible, I’d like to grow into a small business capable of paying employees a livable wage.

I’ve also been a seasonal tax preparer since 2013. However, I’m stepping away from that to focus here. It was a great skill to learn, but sitting at a desk for endless hours just isn’t my preference. I’d rather stay active while working, and I do thoroughly enjoy cleaning and organizing.
