This service ranges from one to two hours per day, and can be booked up to five days per week.

Cost is $50 for the first hour and $25 each additional hour.

Cost is discounted when booking five or more hours per week. Monthly packages offer the greatest discount.

I offer one-time cleaning of select services. These include things that are not usually required to do more than once or twice a year.

I offer one-time deep cleans, or an initial deep clean if you wish to get onto my maintenance cleaning schedule. I could go on and on about which services are included but to keep things short and simple… This service includes cleaning your entire home, tackling areas that are often skipped in standard cleanings. Including but not limited to (based on your needs), everything listed in the “Select Services” section and more. This can be as comprehensive as you like, but must include anything you’d like maintained during maintenance cleans.

I’ve yet to find a home that takes less than six hours to deep clean, and that was a studio apartment of a minimalist single, rather clean and organized woman that didn’t have pets or children. Most homes have taken between fourteen and twenty hours, and are completed within two to three visits. Depending on your personal needs, the size and condition of your home, it could take upwards of twenty-five plus hours and will take multiple days to complete.

Cost per each clean is $50 for the first hour, $35 for the next four hours, and $25 each additional hour. 8 hours max per day… Unless it can be completed within 10 hours.

Also referred to as standard, regular or basic cleaning. Often done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. However, I do require an initial deep clean before I’ll put you on a maintenance cleaning schedule. This is to bring your home up to my high standards. Unlike most services, I include deep cleaning tasks on rotation within your maintenance cleans, to ensure your whole home remains up to par. As always this service is customized to your individual needs.

A flat-rate can be set after three maintenance cleanings.

I do NOT clean anything I can not reach with a step ladder.

I do NOT disassemble items to clean them- With the exception of removing light globes, drain and vent covers.

Initial and Deep Cleans require a 50% deposit of estimated cost, due at the start of first cleaning.

If you must cancel, please give me at least a 48 hour notice. That way I have a chance to fill your space and recover the lost income. Last minute and repeat cancellation can result in a $50 fee to be put back on my schedule.
